As long-term investors and stewards of our clients’ hard-earned savings, our objective is to focus on how the companies we invest in manage Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues.
Researching and understanding ESG issues and motivating companies we invest in to actively manage these, enables us to potentially improve risk adjusted returns for our clients. Therefore, it is our duty to include sustainable investment as a focus area in our investment process.
As detailed in our Responsible Investing Policy and Procedures, we are a signatory to the United Nations’ Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI) and follow the Second Code for Responsible Investment South Africa (CRISA 2).
